Add flexibility and control to fermentation with the 16 oz Wide Mouth Mason Jar, designed for seamless use with The Catalyst Fermentation System. This jar attaches directly to the Catalyst’s butterfly valve, allowing brewers to collect yeast and sediment without siphoning, reducing oxygen exposure and simplifying the process.
The wide-mouth mason jar is ideal for homebrewers using The Catalyst who want a clean, efficient way to manage yeast harvesting and trub removal during fermentation. Its direct-fit design supports smoother workflows and more consistent fermentation results.
Beyond fermentation use, the jar is also well suited for making yeast starters, serving beer, or crafting tinctures. The wide opening makes filling, pouring, and cleaning easy across a variety of brewing and non-brewing applications.
This 16 oz wide-mouth mason jar is compatible with The Catalyst Fermentation System and uses standard wide-mouth threading. Kerr or Ball brand jars are included, both offering identical sizing and fit. The lid is not included.
Crafted for compatibility and everyday brewing use, Craft a Brew fermentation accessories are widely used by homebrewers seeking dependable performance and versatile brewing tools.
