2 lbs Whole Savory Spice - A Bold, peppery Flavor That Works Well with Poultry Dishes, Salad dressings, and dips. - Pungent, Bitter, and Very Aromatic. - Country Creek LLC

Summer savory has so many uses and advantages! Summer savory is a versatile herb for many types of flavor, as it is a favorite in French, German, Italian, and Bulgarian recipes, and more! For its sweeter flavor, summer savory wins over winter savory. Sprinkle whole summer savory leaves with confidence over green beans and delicious, hearty summer squash soups and early fall stews. Pungent, bitter, and aromatic enough to fragrance an entire room savory is an herb that lives up to its name. Summer savory is about as European an herb as you can get and does well in classic British and German foods. You can rub Summer Savory on meat before cooking, or add to your homemade marinade or salad dressing for an enhanced flavor.
