Family Type Rename

Effortlessly rename Wall, Roof, Ceiling, Floor, Building Pad, and Toposolid Family Types with a specified naming structure. This Add-In streamlines your Autodesk Revit file organization, saving time. Upon creating or duplicating these elements, simply adjust properties, click the 'Family Type Rename' button, and watch as Family Types update automatically. Set a shortcut, like 'RNM', for quicker renaming. This enhances recognition of Wall, Roof, Ceiling, Floor, Building Pad, and Toposolid Type structures in dropdown lists. Before renaming, a dialog displays the number of Types to be renamed, old and new names, and any naming errors. Customize naming options and select Family Types in Settings.
