(Japanese) Sealed + Stamped Eevee 196/SV-P Promo

Sealed Reverse Holo Stamped Eevee 196/SV-P Promo Card, from Pokemon's Japanese Promo line. Condition**: As shown, sealed, in near mint. **Note: Some sort of scratch like marks are visible going down the middle of the front view of the sealed card (see 3rd image), under certain angles/ lightning. With investigation, it appears to be on the sealed outer, alone. That said cannot 100% guarantee if the card is completely unaffected. Factory issues are sometimes possible, and do not want to open to check.
