'Green Carpet' is a superior cultivar of Pachysandra terminalis, growing about 2 inches shorter than the species. ‘Green Carpet’ is noted for having darker green, slightly glossier foliage with a more pronounce leave serration. ‘Green Carpet’ also develops more underground stems, and therefore will fill in faster the Pachysandra terminalis. It thrives in partly shaded or full shaded areas.
